Lyrics

COWBOY BLUES

(Lyrics by James Edward Graham, Music by James Edward Graham, Joesph Allan Reaume, Michael Muscat)

Just like the old days, out ridin’ on the range

2 wheels, saddled up, feelin’ like Jesse James

A lonesome highway leads up a mountain pass

Don’t know where I’m going but at least I’ll get there fast

Oh yeah, ‘Cause I’m still paying my dues

It feels like I’m livin’ like a cowboy singin the blues

Gonna find me a town to settle for the night

A place with a honkytonk and a band that’s ZZ tight

Hey pretty lady, How ’bout a shot a Crown?

Then later me & you are gonna lay that bunk on down

Oh yeah, ‘Cause I’ve got nothin’ to lose

It feels like I’m livin’ like a cowboy singin the blues

The dawn is comin, Gotta get movin on

No room on my horse or I’d bring you along

Gotta keep movin, Gotta get on my way

Chasing the sun, livin on the run till my last dyin day

Oh yeah, ‘Cause I’m still paying my dues

I feel like I’m livin’ like a cowboy singin’ the blues

Going Down To Memphis

(Lyrics by James Edward Graham, Music by James Edward Graham, Joesph Allan Reaume, Michael Muscat)

Well, I’m going down to Memphis

with a guitar in my hand

I’m going down to Memphis

with a guitar in my hand

Gonna try to make the big time

in this Rose City rockin’ band

Well, I’ve never been to Beale Street

They say it’s the home of the blues

I’ve never been to Beale Street

They say it’s the home of the blues

I’m gonna hit the hardwood

’cause I’m willing to pay my dues

I’m going down to Memphis

I’m going down to Memphis

I’m going down to Memphis

Gotta get on my walkin’ shoes

Well, I heard the ghosts of three kings

still walk the boulevard

I heard the ghosts of three kings

still walk the boulevard

Well, I hope they don;t mind us

playin their blues this hard

I’m going down to Memphis

With a sound that’s in my soul, oooh yeah

I’m going down to Memphis

With a sound that’s in my soul, oooh yeah

Gonna mix that down home blues

with some Rose City rock n’ roll

Gonna testify

I’m going down to Memphis

I’m going down to Memphis

I’m going down to Memphis

Gonna lay down that blues rockn’roll

SHE FEELS GOOD IN MY HAND

(Lyrics by James Edward Graham, Music by James Edward Graham, Joesph Allan Reaume, Michael Muscat)

Well, first time I saw her, She stood out from the crowd

She had a playful demeanor, But I could tell she loved it loud

She was so inviting, I couldn’t help myself

I want to play her like a violin, Play her like no-one else

She Feels Good In My Hands

She Feels Good In My Hands

First time I held her, My she felt so fine

She was fast as lighting & she was sweet as wine

Then when we started makin’ some music

Oh she moaned so sweet

She let me plug in with a devilish grin

Then knocked me off my feet

She Feels Good In My Hands

She Feels Good In My Hands

She Lights The Fire In This Man

She Feels Good In My Hands

Throw her over my shoulder, Cause It’s been too damn long

Gonna take her back up to my room & we’re gonna get it on

She Feels Good In My Hands

She Feels Good In My Hands

She Lights The Fire In This Man

She Feels Good In My Hands

Throw her over my shoulder, Cause it’s been too damn long

Gonna take her out to centerstage, gonna show the world how we get it on

She Feels Good In My Hands

Well, I don’t expect y’all to understand

But she feels good in my hands
